In the last 2 years many improvements have been made to make this facility horse friendly, over $2,000,000.00 has been spent to provide the following.

Additional acreage has been purchased which now extends our trail system well over 10 miles.  Much of the trail system is either ridge top with scenic views or valley bottom meandering along a quiet creek with a small picnic area by a pond designed along the route.

11 ft.x12 ft. padded stalls with warm water wash rack.

Covered stalls & paddocks with enclosed hot & cold water horse wash areas and tack area with cleaning racks.  Stables 12 ft. x 12 ft. with padded flooring, paddocks 40 ft. x 75 ft. partially covered with a lean too shelter, wash racks, a tack area and a round pen with bleachers for 200 people have been put in place as well.

Bring your own horse or lease one of ours.  Stabling fees are $25 per stable per night; Paddock fees are $25 per paddock for one horse or $20 per night per horse for 2 or more horses sharing one paddock area.

The 10,000 sq. ft. barn has recently been completed with kitchen and laundry facilities and replacing the hay loft area in the barn is a bunk house situation much like you’d find at a local motel except your horse is stabled less than 100 feet away.  Bunk House fees vary between $65 to $95 per night depending on unit selected and length of your stay.

The barn also houses a large dining area capable of hosting over 300 people.  With advanced reservation, a buffet breakfast is served daily and a sack lunch is prepared to go with you on your trail ride.  Dinner is also available with advanced reservation of 48 hours.

RV pull thru parking for the largest of live-in trailers.

RV and Horse Trailer pull through sites with 50 amp electric & water hook-ups are available for those of you who like to sleep in your trailer.  Large hardwood trees line our gravel road that meanders through a quiet valley.  We’ve installed a dump station on property as well as established laundry facilities within a short walk of your RV site.  RV & Trailer Hook-up fees vary from $25 to $35 per night depending on site selected.

Loaner trailers for our guests who don’t want to break down their camp to visit the Great Smokey Mountain National park just miles away.

Lastly, for those concerned with maneuvering and space for their large live in trailers, we have turn around and parking facilities for the largest of rigs.

Parking for even the largest of trailers.
