This is our 2nd annual Freakers Fright Night Costume Ball. Last year was a blast, and we are planning this year to be even better. This year’s party will be held at the Event Barn at Arnold Estates Resort located at 3459 Arnold Parkway, Sevierville, TN 37876.

The Halloween party will be on the eve of Halloween, Friday, October 31st. We will have kegs, witches brew, and jello shots. There will also be bottled beer and food available at the cash bar. Free soda will be provided for our Designated Drivers.

The party begins around 8 with a live alternative band,
and we will finish out the evening with a DJ.

If you need a place to stay (nobody likes to drink and drive, or at least, we don’t want you to), we are offering 20% off cabins & 15% off bunk house rooms for our guests.

We will have Texas Hold’Em from 8 to 10 in our barn loft game room. Oh, and this is a costume party, so please come in a costume. Last year, there were a couple of people who did not come in costume, and they probably felt very out-of-place.

Costume Contest – The costume contest will be judged on 3 categories and will be awarded CASH & PRIZES:

• Best male costume (best individual guy)
• Best female costume (best individual girl)
• Best couple/duo costume (best costume for 2 people that share a common theme)

Texas hold’em – Will be played from 8pm to 10 pm in barn loft game room.
Pictures – Feel free to bring a camera but we recommend a disposable one because people cannot seem to keep up with a camera on Halloween night.
We will have a Polaroid on hand for pictures – minimal charge.
BYOB – is an option. However, there is a $5 bottle charge. Limit one bottle per guest.

Cover Charge: $10 per person or $15 per couple.
